       I started my music ministry part time in 2007 and have since enjoyed having my calling turn to full time ministry in music.  I am currently working as a soloist, although I have been a part of gospel groups in the past, including  Praise and Worship Leader in my church.  Rick Messick Ministries was created to fill a need in gospel music for a dynamic blend of classic and modern Southern Gospel and Contemporary selections with a broad message designed to touch people at various stages of their walk with Christ.  Rick Messick Ministries seeks to accomplish this by offering my services as a guest soloist to your church or special function delivering both for a love offering donation toward keeping the ministry running. We endeavor to fill a void for Churches and groups who operate on smaller budgets.
     We also supply our own sound equipment for locations who do not have it, and are glad to bring it to those churches or outdoor functions upon request.

      I share with others the love of Jesus and the salvation offered by Him at the cross, to comfort the saints and draw the lost to salvation counting on God every step of the way. Part of my testimony is to share the importance of stepping out of your comfort zone and totally relying on God for everything!
